My experience in the Monfragüe natural park was fantasic and fascinating for diferents reasons:
- On the one hand, I liked to see diferents species of birds, for example: Spanish imperial eagle, Bonelli's eagle, monk vulture, black stork etc. I also liked to walk with my friends and look at the birds of binoculars and telescope
- On the other hand, FIO was interesting too, because you can to see differents stands for example: my university had it called Universidad de Extremadura de la facultad de Empresariales y Turismo.
- In conclusion, my experience was increible and I recommend you!

Extremadura is the region of Western Europe with the highest percentage of important Bird Areas in its territory.
Birdwatching tosm,however, as an organised institutional activity, is still in a embryonic state in Spain, even though Spain it self is one the honey-pots destinations.Properly harnessed, birdwatching tosm is a reserve that could be conducive to sustainable rural development, helping to improve the relationship of local populations with te protected bird species present in their areas and involving them in the conservation of the birds themselves and the habitats they live in.
Fio was a interesting experience because I saw birds that I didn't have a clue of what it was. I liked the Peña Falcon or Salto del gitano, this is the famous vulture rock, without a doubt the most famous tourist spot in Extremadura.
Aurora's experience
Monfragüe is an importat natural park in this region. In the park we can find great variety of vultures, birds, eagles, kites, stork black, vulture egyptian....
This formof tourism takes as an aim the observation and thestudy of the birds in his natural habitat.
Extremadura birdwatching Fair will be the principal Spanish event entirely dedicated to the sector.
This Fair is for the lovers of the ornitology.
Nuria's experience
In my opinion Monfragüe is a natural park very important for the tourism, a lot of tourism visit this park because there are a lot of important birdwatching, fauna and dehesas.
This is the first time that I visit Monfragüe and my experience have been great, in this park there are a lot of birds that only see in Monfragüe for example: Spanish imperial eagle and peregrine falcon.
Also tourist like visit the beautiful landscape and flora, they use for birdwatching the binocular and telescope.
Although I don't watch FIO, it is interesting for some people that are interested in nature and birdwatching.
Gema' s experience
I didn't go to the Monfragüe but according my classmate, I wasted an increible experience because they learned and discovered many things relationed with the animals and fauna, in other words, the nature in general.
They can see birds for example, vultures , storks and plants.
In Monfragüe too there is a Fair, where existed things relacionated with the nature, for example a binoculars.
This experience was very interesant for their, because Monfragüe is a natural park very touristic and the degree that we study is tourist.
This travel I wasted but I reccomend a visit Monfragüe.
